Hyatt Regency Aruba is pleased to announce the launch of iPalapa, a new online tool designed to completely automate each guest’s experience when selecting shade at the beach or the pool. The new program allows visitors to view, select, and check-in to their Palapa with ease from their mobile device. Guests can access this tool by signing on to the system at HyattBeachServices.com and registering online.

Each day at 4 p.m., the online system goes live for users to reserve Palapas and umbrellas for the following day. Users can view exactly what is available and where it is located through a virtual map of the beach and pool, then book a shade option right at their fingertips. The new online platform empowers guests to seamlessly request shade services remotely through iPalapa, whether on or off-premises.

The goal of this service is to mobilize the guest experience and enhance overall guest satisfaction by reducing the time guests spend waiting for a Palapa.
