Arubaville introduces a new Caribbean inspired menu

We asked chef Rawlin (chef on the one happy island since 2011) to tell us a little bit more about the new items, where he gets his inspiration from and why people should come and try it for themselves! Already at a young age Rawlin had a passion for cooking and he was always to be found in the kitchen.

Rawlin tells us that he loves to bring some Caribbean flavor with local products and recipes to the new menu. Aruban cucumbers, tomatoes and mushrooms and of course the local fishes! Mahi mahi, tuna & Wahoo are local fishes he loves to work with, but also Lionfish is sometimes offered as a special. And if we are lucky even lobster! Dishes on the new menu like beef stew, fish soup, the banana leave package with fresh fish and the flan are often created in Aruban kitchens. Taste the Caribbean!

Why eat at Arubaville?

Arubaville has the total package says chef Rawlin. Good food for modest prices, the gorgeous view, the Caribbean vibe, the live music and the place to be for locals & tourists! He also thinks it is the perfect spot to eat after a day of off-roading in a Jeep. Come in with your dirty feet & dusty but happy faces and enjoy a delicious meal while watching the sunset and relax for a while and make your adventurous day complete! And also the Friday nights at Arubaville with happy hours, live music and the chicken grill special for only $10 are a big success! Since February we also have this perfect combination on Sundays with a shrimp & chips special for only $12!
