Aruba Marriott Resort receives TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is proud to receive the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence recognition for the Resort, Simply Fish Restaurant and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, which honors hospitality excellence, is given to only establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews. Only the top performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

This is an important recognition to the team of the Aruba Marriott considering the continuous efforts put in attaining TripAdvisor reviews, improving the resort’s overall scores and optimizing the hotel’s presence on TripAdvisor. As for 2014, the resort has been able to maintain an overall score of 90% and higher throughout the first six months indicating that the resort is once again excelling at guest experience.

“Winning the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is a true source of pride for the entire team at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino and we would like to thank all of our guests who took the time to complete a review on TripAdvisor. There is no greater seal of approval than being recognized by one’s customers. With the certificate based on customer reviews, the accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence to our resort and our continued commitment to excellence”, shared Matt Knights, Hotel Manager of the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino.
