The idea for the glasses and the production lie in the hands of the owners of the Butterfly Farm, Tony and Lori, who are also the distributors of the glasses. The color of the glasses is exactly the Mediterranean blue that is prevalent at Le Bistro, so the glasses look as if they have always belonged there.
