The culinary team of the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino will be serving a veritable holiday feast at the Sunset Grille on Tuesday, December 25.
The special Christmas menu will be offered between 5:30 and 10:30pm, at $45 per person, and will include a Merry Berry Salad – a symphony of gourmet greens, fresh berries, crunchy apple, toasted almonds, feta cheese, parmesan crisps and strawberry vinaigrette.
The refreshing appetizer will be chased by a plentiful platter featuring holiday favorites: Bourbon glazed baked Virginia ham, roasted Vermont turkey, stuffing and turkey gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus spears. Bouche Noel, a traditional French pastry with Ponche Crema sauce, is the highlighted dessert.
