Palm Beach – The General Manager of the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa was surprised when he was called onto the stage at a recent corporate company affair and bestowed the ultimate honor; that of Manager of the Year for the Radisson Hotels & Resorts in the Americas. While he was surprised, his co-workers in Aruba were not, as over the last year as the General Manager of the Radisson’s flagship resort here Frances has proven himself an outstanding leader and motivator, winning the appreciation and admiration of both guests and colleagues. “Last evening I was greatly surprised,” he said in an e-mail to the staff in Aruba, “by receiving such an honorable award, but please know that I am so proud of each and every one of you and would like to thank you for being a member of our Radisson Aruba Team, I could not have done it without you!”
