Sasaki Apartments‘ management team celebrates 15 years attending the complex with great joy and quality. The directors, Pedro and Esmeralda, with Spanish and Italian heritage moved to Aruba in the year 2001. They had this project in mind from the very start and knew that Sasaki Apartments was the perfect complex because of its beautiful facility and surroundings. They immediately fell in love with the apartments complex itself, but also fell in love with the island and its sandy, white beaches.
When the new management team took over Sasaki Apartments, Pedro, Esmeralda and their family lived in the facility for over two years. This brought them extensive knowledge of the apartments and a deep bond to its clients. During their two year long stay the couple had the opportunity to experience what it is like to be a client at Sasaki Apartments.
“The apartments are located in such a great area! Conveniently, the most beautiful beach on the island, Eagle Beach, is only at an eight minute walking distance from the complex, so we were able to go almost everyday while living at the apartments,” mentions Ms. Esmeralda.
“During the 15 years of operating the business we were able to make several improvements to the complex and we will continue to do so. One of our project was to built a swimming pool so that our guests could have an even more relaxed and peaceful stay. We have also created a front desk office in order to have better contact with and better service our clients,” says Mr. Pedro.
Looking back at the 15 years that past, Pedro and Esmeralda can definitely say that one of the best factors of operating Sasaki Apartments is to be able to talk to clients from all around the world and learn more about their culture.
” Our greatest wish is to keep on improving the quality of our services we offer to our clients, not only to grow as a complex, but also as a community,” states Pedro.
