In the week of October 27th to October 31st, the Sales & Marketing, Reservations and Events Team celebrated Global Customer Appreciation Week thanking their loyal customers in an exceptional way.
During the week Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers along with Executive Members made special visits locally and internationally to customers showing their appreciation for always trusting the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino with organizing their business meetings and corporate events. They made sure to take along sweets and treats for the customers as a token of appreciation.
This year’s Global Customer Appreciation Week theme was to raise awareness for “Travel Brilliantly”, which is Marriott’s new brand concept designed for a new generation of travelers; the Master Blender. The theme was incorporated in the Customer Event that took place at the beautiful H2Oasis Adult Pool with modern decoration by Rosetty Eleonora and DJ booth and screen setup by Elite Entertainment. The invitees enjoyed innovative culinary stations prepared by Aruba Marriott’s dynamic Chefs and entertaining lounge music by the talented local DJ, NutzBeatz. During the event the customers also enjoyed a spectacular show by the Baracudas Synchronize Team, who prepared a special choreography on a production of Nutzbeatz.
To end the week, the Sales & Marketing, Reservations and Events team visited Ambiente Feliz and had a wonderful morning interacting, playing games and dancing with the habitants while also enjoying cookies and pastries prepared by the Aruba Marriott Chefs. At noon, the habitants enjoyed delicious lunch boxes donated by the Aruba Marriott Team.
