Born in the Netherlands, Marielle has enjoyed a solid hospitality career on Aruba for the past nine years. The dynamic hotelier by profession has just recently been recruited by the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino as the Pool & Beach manager and as such she is responsible for guests’ daytime experience at the resort’s famous waterfront.

Boardwalk Small Hotel’s staff and management recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of Veronica Esperanza Castaneda Espinoza.  Veronica was hired on February 28, 1997 at Boardwalk Hotel to join the Housekeeping team, right after she moved from her native country Peru to Aruba in 1996, at age 22. We applaud Veronica for all her hard work and dedication!

Chef Lij Heron recently assumed the leadership of the culinary team at the Sunset Grille, of Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino. The decorated chef comes to Aruba from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel Ras Al Khaimah, of the United Arab Emirates. Making for quite the impressive culinary background!

Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino announced the appointment of Hans-Georg Roehrbein as the new general manager of the 357-room resort, which has just recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation.

New for 2017, the property now features a stylish and trendy look while providing modern luxuries and sweeping views of its signature mile-long, pristine white sand beach.
