Six teams of four future chefs competed on the last night of the annual Aruba Wine, Food & Art Festival for the honor of winning this year’s EPI Culinary School Student Contest. Each team, mentored by an established chef, presented an assortment of amuses of duck, pork, shrimp and other gourmet treat, leaving it up to the judges to select the best dish.
