The 20th edition of the National Polesitting Championships in Aruba will start on May 29th. So far 4 participants have registered for the 20th polesitting edition were they will try to break the record of 88 hours in order to raise as much money as possible for Foundation Bon Nochi, Drumi Bon.

The Beach Soccer event will take place during four days on a sandy white soccer field on Eagle Beach and will feature women’s, men’s and youth categories, including some international talents.

The resort extends its congratulations to the organizers of the event and looks forward to next year’s seminar.

As with the previous two years, the resort participated in the worldwide event by turning off their main lights for one hour showing their support and contribution to protecting our environment.

Over five dozen employees of The Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa took part in the walkathon, showing their support and recognition to people with Down Syndrome.

The morning started with formal speeches by island dignitaries followed by dancing, singing and a poem recital dedicated to the island.

In celebration of Aruban ancestry and culture, the National Archaeological Museum of Aruba, the Historical Museum and Rancho Foundation are opening their doors to the public in a joint effort to bring the community closer to our heritage and history.

This ninety-minute event will include performances by prominent comedians from New York, hosted by accomplished comedian, Ray Ellin.

Visitors of all ages are invited to come enjoy this movie night under the stars at the national park, free of charge.

The official program for the year will be released shortly while the expected events after the close of Carnival are confirmed.

Wednesday, February 26th, marks the launch of the monthly poker series which will take place at the Radisson Aruba Resort.
