Papillon Restaurant Aruba will be celebrating their 6th anniversary in June with a special 6-course carte blanche dinner menu.

Fourteen students from seven different restaurants attended the first internationally recognized Food Safety Management Certification course organized by the Aruba Gastronomic Association.  The course covered a wide range of food safety topics, including Prevention of Cross Contamination, Personal Hygiene & Employee Health, Product Time & Temperature Controls and Cleaning & Sanitizing.

An exclusive culinary event will be organized on May 20th at Palms Restaurant located at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort. Hyatt’s chef Pellegrini will prepare a six course dinner and all dishes will be paired with wines from the Jackson Family vineyards and wineries.

Guests can already start making their reservations for the asparagus feast at Papillon Restaurant Aruba. The white gold will be back on the menu for six weeks and will be prepared in many different ways.
