Aruba Gastronomic Association hosted its first Food Safety Management Certification course

Fourteen students from seven different restaurants attended the first internationally recognized Food Safety Management Certification course organized by the Aruba Gastronomic Association.  The course covered a wide range of food safety topics, including Prevention of Cross Contamination, Personal Hygiene & Employee Health, Product Time & Temperature Controls and Cleaning & Sanitizing.
