Oranjestad – On May 30th – June 3rd, Aruba will participate in the qualifications for the Caribbean Cup 2014. During those 3 days, Aruba’s National soccer team will match up against teams from the British Virgin Islands, French Guiana, and Turks & Caicos.
The matches will take place at the Centro Deportivo Guillermo Prospero Trinidad. Together with the creative team at Aruba Rock, fan T-shirts have been made available. The shirts are Aruba Blue with text “Small Island, BIG FAN” upfront and number 12 on the back. Why number 12? In Dutch they say that the public is the ‘de twaalfde man’ and in English the “twelfth man” and that is you the fan. Come support Aruba’ National Team and be a BIG FAN.
