L.G. Smith’s Steak & Chop House gave an exquisite presentation at the Meat festival organized by Ling & Sons

On the first day of the festival Ling & Sons opened their doors for LG Smith’s chefs; Jose Dominguez, Francis Ras, Eric Puerta and Luis Vasquez who did a demonstration, gave tips on meat preparation and presented exquisite dishes. Visitors got the opportunity to enjoy; CAB- Certified Angus beef -prime top baseball, filet mignon, prime top strip sirloin, rib eye, short rib accompanied by potato, mushroom and vegetables combined with Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon of Tropical Bottling Co. Tourists and local visitors where highly impressed by the presentation of LG Smith’s Steak & Chop House. It’s also good to mention that LG Smith’s has live entertainment for all Jazz lovers by Live Xpression Band every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:30pm.
