It’s time for something new, something extreme, time for a new and enthralling Extreme-Sports event; it’s time for – “The Aruba Xtreme Event 2013”. Foundation “2 the Max”, in collaboration with The Ministry of Public Health & Sports, presents Aruba’s first international Extreme-Sports event. This April 2nd till 7th is scheduled with an energetic program of athletes from all over the world in multiple competitions and age categories competing for titles, prizes and cash prizes. The 4 Extreme-Sports involved are: BMX Bike racing, Kite surfing, Skateboarding and Freestyle Windsurfing. Hundreds of participants from around the world are expected to compete and several world champions & pros have confirmed their appearance. Most of them will be flown in by Insel Air.
The Extreme-Sports competitions will be surrounded by activities and entertainment for young and old. There will be several shows on the water and the beach and clinics and workshops are set up for the whole family. Plentiful food and drinks will be served all day on the beach. One of our sponsors Polar will be present during the event. A Kids-Corner will keep the kids entertained and SETAR is providing a Game Corner where everyone can get their gaming on with the newest gadgets and win different prizes. Sve TV will film and broadcast the event. There are prizes to be won during the video/film competition by the person who makes the best event film. The film will be promoted through social media for a month. Rules and regulations can be found on the website. WIFI will be free and live-streaming on the spot will broadcast in detail every exciting moment for the world to see.
At night, I Love Muzika, in collaboration with Aruba’s Nr. 1 sound man Erik Eman from Purple Entertainment Group, will bring the house down with the help of several internationally renowned DJ’s. There is so much more to do and see during “The Aruba Xtreme Event 2013” and we will keep everyone up to date during the following next weeks.
