Layana Aguilar is an internationally known fashion designer whose essence is to enhance the women’s inner beauty. Layana lives in New York after having been born and raised in Brazil. In early 2013, Layana Aguilar became known as one of the designers of hit TV show Project Runway Season 11, during which she won consecutive top looks and even collaborated on a design worn by Heidi Klum in one of her TV commercials. Also in 2013, Layana presented her first Fall/Winter collection at the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week. Her new clothing line is LAYANA AGUILAR NEW YORK, which differentiates itself by combining the sophistication of New York with the uniqueness of the Brazilian culture.
