Aruba Central Bank memorializes HM King Willem-Alexander and HM Queen Maxima

In honor of the visit of the Royal Couple November 20 and 21, the Aruba Central Bank issued a commemorative 5 florin silver coin. On one side of the coin depict the faces of HM King Willem-Alexander and HM Queen Maxima, and on the reverse side the Aruban Coat of Arms with the inscription “Bishita Real Aruba 2013 – Royal Visit 2013”.

The coin is available at the cash register of Aruba Central bank, situated at J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 8. Offices are open from 8:30 to 11:45 a.m. and 1:15 to 3:30 p.m.

The coins are minted in silver, with a diameter of 38 mm, weighing 25 grams. It is in the denomination of 5 florins ($2.85 U.S.) but the purchase price is AFls. 135.00. ($77.14)

During their visit to the Board of the Aruba Central Bank, the Royal Couple received a coin. An explanation behind its issue was presented by Aruba Prime Minister Mike Eman.
