Spreading Cheer at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino

The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino will be spreading cheer this holiday season with safe, interactive, memorable, and fun guest activities.

Ushering the season in, in a bathing suit, guests may bring the holidays to the beach by booking a themed palapa, featuring festive decorations, and they may let Santa know exactly what they want, expecting a response, by leaving him at the letter at the writing station, in the lobby.

While awaiting Santa, on Christmas morning, his elves will deliver cookies and milk or even hot chocolate to guestrooms, to delight the resort’s younger guests.

On December 24th, guests may follow the tropical Candy Cane Lane and meet Santa on the beach as he spectacularly arrives. In case they miss it, they may still Meet and Greet him in the lobby to snap a holiday photo, on December 25th, at 12 noon.

To highlight local traditions, during the holiday season, guests may enjoy a local Gaita band on December 24th to 26th from 6 PM to 8 PM, at Mira Solo Lobby Bar. Gaita bands are the local take on Christmas carols, regional folk style holiday music and dance performed by an acoustic band, with authentic musical instruments. Guest may also enjoy Dande, a free-style song. composed to help ring in the New Year. It is a unique tradition where the band visits homes and businesses, singing only one special song, in Papiamento. The Dande band will begin its musical journey at Castaways on December 31st, from 12 noon, and make its way to the lobby.

To further the Hilton effect on the community, Hilton Aruba will be spreading the love for the island’s underprivileged with its Tree of Giving. By purchasing a poinsettia for $25, guests and non-guests may help create the poinsettia holiday tree, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the local food bank, @ Fundación Pa Nos Comunidad.

With a variety of festive activities for guests of all ages, the resort is hoping for a safe & blessed season enjoyed by all.
