The Aruba International Regatta will be held from Friday, June 28th to June Sunday, 30th, on Surfside Beach.
The regatta will host an opening event and happy hour on Friday, June 28th, followed by two racing days — Saturday June 29th race day 1, and Sunday, June 30th race day 2.
The regatta is taking place a bit earlier this year to correspond with the end of the school year, allowing young sailors to participate at the beginning of their summer vacation.
The location of the Regatta Village is moved to the beach in front of Neptali Henriquez Park. That segment of beach is very suitable for the event, and the parking convenient.
The regatta is hereby inviting sailors from Curacao, Bonaire and other islands to participate in any of the following categories: Optimist Youth, F11 Youth, Beachcats, Sunfish, Laser, Race Class I (Yachts), Cruising Class (Yachts), Live Aboard Class (Yachts), Multihull (Yachts), Miniature Boats.
