When making plans for oxygen at a hotel, let the front desk know about your oxygen needs and alert them that your oxygen supply might arrive before you do. Provide them with the name of the supplier, if you have it. Ask your oxygen supplier if your designee at the hotel can sign for your delivery of oxygen. Or will you need to do this in advance?
If the supplier will not deliver the oxygen to the hotel without your signature, have a delivery ticket faxed to you. Sign it and fax it back. Request a room for handicapped guests. It will be more comfortable and closer to the elevator.
When you check-in ask about the oxygen equipment delivered. Instruct the front desk to bring it to your room.
