The day dedicated to love will be celebrated at the Sunset Grille by couples wishing to show their affection and appreciation of each other over a wine pairing dinner, featuring the luscious three-grape blends of Ménage à Trois wines.
Sparks will fly during this unforgettable evening of superb food, attentive service, and a carefully selected choice of appetizers and main courses.
Patrons will be welcomed with a complimentary Ménage à Trois Prosecco, a flirtatiously fun Italian sparkly bubbly.
The appetizer selection for the evening includes: Seared Sesame Ahi Tuna with Fennel Marmalade, Togarashi Aioli, and Wakame Cucumber or Burrata & Tomato, juicy Beefsteak Tomato, aged Balsamic, Pesto and Parmesan Tuile. Both appetizers will be escorted by a Ménage à Trois Gold Chardonnay.
For the main course, patrons may choose between and Organic Chicken Breast with Mushroom Risotto and Spinach, paired with Ménage à Trois Silk Red Blend; Salmon with Wild Mushrooms, Corn and Peppers, paired with Ménage à Trois Chardonnay, or Grilled Churrasco Skirt steak served with Green Herb Mojo Sauce, paired with Ménage à Trois Lavish Merlot.
The evening will conclude with a spectacular dessert platter presenting Lovers Chocolate Decadence Cake for two with Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, paired with Ménage à Trois Decadence Cabernet Sauvignon.
To enhance the romantic mood, the restaurant’s Valentine’s cocktail menu will feature a Love Martini created with Ron Tropical Coconut, West Street Peach Schnapps, Stolichnaya Vodka and Cranberry Juice, garnished with strawberries, sugar rim and lime.
With distinctive wines and delicious food, the stage for romance will be set at Sunset Grille at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino.
