The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino recently introduced the fully renovated Laguna with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant serves daily breakfast and dinner to resort guests and locals,granting locals a 25% discount on their morning or evening meals.
In honor of the upcoming Mother’s Day celebration, family and friends may leisurely enjoy quality time together with extended breakfast hours until noon for the special day. Enjoy the full ala carte menu or indulge in the buffet’s seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt, omelets & eggs to order, warm bites, freshly baked breads, assorted juices, brewed coffee & tea and a delightful mix of sweet and savory treats. The restaurant’s new à la carte menu features signature dishes such as the Super BLT Croissant, Tropical Açai Bowl, Old Bay Crab Cakes and Arepa “Reina Pepiada”. A menu of specially tailored wake-up cocktails and fresh smoothies, adds a truly delightful touch to start the day.
For family members and friends who wish to celebrate the most important women in their life over dinner, the resort culinary brigade has prepared a special festive a la Carte dinner menu with a choice of three appetizers, three entrees and an unforgettable dessert.
Dinner begins with an Amuse Bouche, Crispy Herb Bread, with honey-pomegranate tuna salad.
Among delicious suggested appetizers, guests may enjoy the Grilled Shrimp Salad, Escargot & Brioche Skewer, or Palmito Ceviche. Entrée specials include Honey Soy Glazed Seabass, Brown Sugar Tofu & Quinoa Salad, or Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb. For dessert, the Deconstructed Black Forest Cake with cream, cherries and chocolate shavings makes for a sensational sweet ending to a wonderful evening, a meaningful way to show appreciation for Mom.
Laguna is open this Mother’s Day, May 12th, for breakfast from 7am – 12pm and for dinner starting from 5.30pm to 10.30pm.
