This year’s Mussels season has started again at Taste of Belgium. Every Thursday till Sunday we offer our specially prepared mussels, the Belgian way!
We offer our fresh mussels in three options:
Prepared in Chardonnay, prepared in Stella Artois beer and prepared in your own choice of beer. All come with French fries and three sauces.
Mussels are one of the most favorite dishes in Belgium. While the mussels itself come from the North Sea, northern coast of the Netherlands, the Belgians have their own way of preparing the mussels, preferably with their favorite Belgian beer, herbs and vegetables in a large steaming pot.
