It’s Back to the Future at Taste of Belgium, with a wink at the fabulous Sunday Brunch with which former Le Dôme Restaurant made the island tremble. The owners of Taste of Belgium (formerly the owners of Le Dôme) are ready for a replay of the successful swinging, magic formula. Sunday Brunch starts at 11 am and it will go on and on until each guest has left the place singing, dancing or just in a really good mood. No need to get up: the waiters take your order from the special brunch à la carte menu. And that menu is a joy to read, let alone to sample. Le Dôme’s favorites will be on the menu, ready to be ordered. Your waiter will mention them as he pours your champagne, mimosa or orange juice.
Back to the brunch: the menu is divided into breakfast, hot and cold lunch items as well as desserts. Whether one wishes to start with a chocolate mousse and finish with scrambled eggs with salmon or the other way round, it’s all possible. Order as many times as you like, eat seventeen desserts or fifteen main courses, you can order whatever you like, how many times you like.
