Ling & Sons surprised everyone once again with their 3 day Surf & Turf festival this weekend. The supermarket invited the top chefs from Hyatt Regency Aruba and Waka Waka Adventure Café & Cantine to bring a unique culinary experience to shoppers by presenting their own menu made with the fresh seafood and meat available at Ling & Sons.
Hyatt delighted everyone with their unique presentation of tenderloin and scallop, and most interesting was the quail with duck sauce.
Waka Waka Adventure Café & Cantine presented their amazing coconut shrimp and soup.
Aside from the amazing chef’s Ling & Sons also had tastings of its fresh salads, pork tenderloin with brie combined with the new par excellence rice and not to forget the incredible wine and whisky tastings.
Present for the event was Pepia with 14 hands wines and Chivas Regal Whisky, Aruba trading with Sta. Rita and Cavit, Frasa with Cono Sur and Bix with the new Evan Williams whisky and Portillo wine.

The festival ended Sunday August 31st with an amazing BBQ prepared by Ling & Sons’s Chef’corner.
